This Privacy Policy explains how VGym Technologies LLC ("VGym," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the PT Hub and Athlete Hub Pro mobile applications and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile photo, role, gender, coach or athlete relationship, and authentication details. We may also collect training information such as plans, exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout sessions, progress metrics, challenges, achievements, and activity history.
We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, push notification tokens, language preference, and approximate usage activity to maintain and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage coach and athlete accounts.
- To assign, display, update, and save workout plans and sessions.
- To show training progress, exercise history, achievements, leaderboards, and challenges.
- To send service messages, reminders, and push notifications when enabled.
- To improve app performance, security, reliability, and user experience.
- To respond to support requests and enforce our terms.
Health and Fitness Data
VGym may process fitness-related information entered by users or coaches, including workout logs, exercise performance, and training progress. If future versions connect to wearable devices or health platforms, we will request permission before accessing heart rate or other health data. We do not sell health or fitness data.
Sharing Information
We may share limited information between linked coaches and athletes so the training relationship can function. For example, a coach may see an athlete's assigned plans, workout completion, and progress. We may also use service providers for hosting, analytics, notifications, storage, and support. These providers are only allowed to process information for our service purposes.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Users may request account deletion by contacting support or by using in-app deletion tools when available.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using our account deletion page, or by emailing support@vgym.app with the subject "Delete My Account." We may ask for information to verify ownership. Deletion requests are generally processed within 14 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or security needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
VGym is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
International Use
Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using VGym, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your location.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
