Request account deletion

This page lets you request deletion of your account and associated data from PT Hub and Athlete Hub Pro. Fill in the form below and submit — your email app will open a pre-filled message addressed to our support team. You can also email us directly at support@vgym.app.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo, role, gender).
Authentication details and login credentials.
Training data — workout plans, sessions, sets, reps, weights, progress, and history.
Meal plans and nutrition data.
Achievements, XP, challenges, and activity history.
Coach–athlete links related to your account.
Push notification tokens and device identifiers.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or to resolve disputes (for example, transaction or audit records). Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted. Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained.

Processing time: Deletion requests are verified and processed within 14 days. We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.
